I don’t really know if the license will be much helpful. You can find out. I know Big 4 might pay you a bonus for passing, but you also want to know if there is any term to it. e.g. you might need to return it if you leave the job too soon.

Besides, consider how much efforts you need to put in to get all sections passed, and whether investing the time would be worth it. I do believe that once you pass all the sections, your scores never expire, so that’s a plus.
